Orbi RBK 852 Issues

I really would like to speak with someone who is currently using the Orbi RBK 852 System please. I’m having tons of issues and unfortunately getting nowhere on a solution. Normal download/upload speeds but still poor performance. Especially while streaming video on the various TV streaming apps. All apps that I have that can be wired are. I normally watch shows on my wired Apple TV. Speedtest results from it are normally 940+/940+. Ping on Apple TV is 4 ms. Latest firmware is installed.
