Orbi RBK352 Device limit
Conflicting information on Netgear website regarding device limit for the Orbi RBK352 Mesh.
here it states up to 25 devices: https://www.netgear.com/nz/home/wifi/mesh/rbk352/
here it states: 512 clients and allows 100+ concurrent client users per unit. https://kb.netgear.com/31097/How-many-devices-can-my-Orbi-system-support
Can someone clarify the above. Currently in my household we have 19 devices. If guests come around this number could rise to 30+. Would this mean the RBK352 wont accommodate all 30+ devices?

You will be fine.
The awkward part about computer networking is "it all depends".
For example:
- If you have 25 people doing high performance computer gaming at the same time and all are connected via WiFi, the WiFi network could well become saturated and result in unacceptable performance.
- If you have 100 smart wall plugs connected over WiFi, they will not generate enough traffic to even notice.
That article mentioning 25 devices is aimed at curbing expectations.
Internal tables allow up to 500 devices to be connected, but they all share the available capacity.
The 350 "dual band" product was aimed squarely at the lower end of the cost spectrum, to compete with products like Google WiFi:
- It has a total of two antennas (combination 2.4G/5G)
More expensive routers have up to 8 antennas. - The 5G WiFi is shared between:
- User devices, and
- Backhaul communication between the router and satellite(s)
- More expensive routers have separate 5G radios (and antennas) so that the user and backhaul traffic is separated.
- The WAN port which connects to the Internet Service Provider is an ordinary gigabit port, whereas some of the higher cost routers have 2.5G or even 10G WAN ports.
For the money, this was a good system which supports WiFi6 devices.
