Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having disconnection issues with your RBR353. This can be due to there being two routers on the same network. Changing your RBR350 to AP mode has been proven to resolve issues with interim network disconnecting issues. Please change your RBR350 from router mode to AP mode.
Please follow the steps listed below to change your RBR350 from router mode to AP mode:
- Select ADVANCED
- Advanced Setup
- Router / AP Mode.
- Select AP mode
- Then select "APPLY"

Thanks guys, I am trying both and will keep you posted. I have moved the RBR out of the cupboard (per another suggestion I found on a different thread) and have initially set to AP mode to see what happens. I will report back in a couple of weeks...!
