RBK582 or 852?
Probably should return the system and find something that you can do that. Orbi systems have never officially supported any kind of SSID seperation. Overall it's not needed and works for most and as intended. I"ve not ever had the need to have separate SSIDs. NG takes a solid stance on there design and support. Up to you use as they intended, or not.

That's not true, you had to use the CLI to set it up on other Orbi devices, but they have even taken that away.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
