Orbi RBK753 lowering ISP speeds after 1 day router and satellites restarted
I know this question has been asked many times because I have seen it before but I can't pinpoint where the issue resides. I have ORBI RBK753 system for around 2 years, has been working fine but ...

Swap LAN cables for sure. CAT6 UTP between the ISP ONT and RBR and RBR to laptop.
Also might test with a different PC to compare results as well.

I have noticed something weird, I have disconnected and connected the ethernet cable from the ISP modem and Orbi and it started to get the full speed from my ISP again without restart the Orbi system, I'm wondering if this could be with router itself or ethernet cable, I have changed it and will test again and see if the issue persist.

I have been testing speeds for my internet, for now is working fine after I switched the Ethernet cable, I will continue monitoring if everything is working correctly, I can't believe the ethernet cable could cause the problem, is the same one that I have been using it since I adquire the ORBI and is a CAT 7, maybe something mess the cable during this time, so far I accept as solution changing the ethernet cable, I will keep monitoring in case the issue recoccur, but so far, all looks good.

Good to hear. Ya, sometimes cables, depending on how well they are made, can go bad or may have been faulty to begin with.
I get my cabling from monoprice or deepsurplus.
