What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Be sure the RBR and ALL RBS are using same version of FW.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Try removing the disconnected RBS from the RBR if seen on the RBS web page. Then factory reset the RBS by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Then when the front LED is pulsating WHITE, press the sync button on the RBS then on the RBR. See if this will get the RBS to fully sync.
If this doesn't work, try connecting the RBS to the back of the RBR using a ethernet cable and see if you can access the RBS web page in a browser.
