orbi rbke953s connection

So i am thinking of buying the rbke953s  at the moment i have other wireless AP which are connected via a ethernet port to the router.

 

So my questions are 

 

A : Are they POE compatible

B : If A is yes then can i still create a mesh system by connection the  satellites units  to the Router/HUB provided in the 3 unit option or do i need to disconnect them and do it via the wireless connection and therefore have to buy separate a POE unit from my current unit
