Orbi RBKE963B no longer provides internet after firmware updates
My Orbi RBKE963B no longer provides internet to devices on any firmware version after 6.0.3.85. Auto-update cannot be turned off in this version, so I have to roll back the firmware every single day ...

I update the satellites first, and the router second. I have tried power cycling and factory resets. The only thing that works is rolling back to firmware version 6.0.3.85.
Does anyone have any ideas?
My RBKE963B is working correctly with V6.3.7.10 and I believe most other 9-series customers are fine. Let's get more details on the nature of your internet connectivity issue.
- Is your Orbi running in Router mode? I guess yes.
- Do the devices have network connectivity to the Orbi but just not Internet? Can they visit "orbilogin.com" in a web browser and see the admin UI?
- Do wired devices also lack internet (as well as wi-fi)?
- If you can get to orbilogin.com or run the Orbi App, does the Orbi have an Internet connection?
Screen shots of the orbilogin.com status and Orbi app would be helpful to understand exactly what isn't working.
My Orbi is running in router mode and it says it has internet connectivity but does not. I did discover that one wired device, a personal computer, actually has internet. Other wired devices and wireless devices do not have connectivity to the internet, but do connect to the Orbi. These devices can visit orbilogin.com and access the admin UI.
