Orbi RBKE963B no longer provides internet after firmware updates
My Orbi RBKE963B no longer provides internet to devices on any firmware version after 6.0.3.85. Auto-update cannot be turned off in this version, so I have to roll back the firmware every single day ...

You should not be rolling back FW.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.\
I highly recommend manually updateing FW using a wried PC and web browser. Update the RBS first then RBR lastly.
Power OFF the system for 1 minute then back ON. If you continue to see problems still, factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch.
I might haver rebooted mine 4 days ago but it's been online and working well:

I appreciate the replies.
The ISP ONT is AdTran TA 352 4th Gen 1287802F1C. Home size is 2000 sq ft. The router is at the center of the home with the two satellites at the far edges about 30 ft away from the router. I am using Cat6A cable everywhere. I am having issues with wired devices as well. Everything is perfect with the older firmware. The two newest firmware versions cause issues. I know I shouldn't have to roll back, but this is what allows the router to actually function. I have tried routers from competitors and they also work fine. I am on the verge of writing off the Orbi as a total loss, as the official tech support seems out of their depth.

Also thought I'd mention I have factory reset several times and gone through all the power-on/power-off sequences. I did my firmware updates via a PC wired to the router/satellites, with the satellites being updated first.

So lets turn OFF both RBS and run just the RBR.
For that size of home, the RBR would only be needed. Maybe just 1 RBS at the far distance and you'd need to set the RBRs transmit power to 25%. https://youtu.be/UR0viMLISz4
I have a 5k sq ft home and can get away with just 1 RBS. I have two deployed and have the power set to 25%. Zero issues.
Are the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR or wireless?
