ORBI RBR 350 can't connect to HFC NBN via PPPoE
Our house got demolished and rebuilt. Before the demolition. I removed the black nbn box and kept it. While we were renting during the new house build I purchased the orbi and was using it successfully connected to the nbn box at the new house.
Now we have returned to the newly built house. NBN technian has come to connect the pit to. The house then another technician to install the NBN box that I put aside at the start. All 4 lights in the NBN box are one. My ISP (more Telecom) have said everything is connected now and have sent me my username and password. I am following the same steps as I did while I was renting but I can't seem to connect. Keeps saying no internet connection after entering the username and password.
I have tried resetting both the nbn box and orbi. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone. Forgetting and removing the old WiFi network from my phone. Tried orbi login.com and entering the details through there. I changed the orbi to AP mode but then my connection to the orbi would keep dropping and won't stay connected.
I'm pretty lost atm. The orbi was working just last week at the rental property. I'm thinking maybe NBN made a mistake? Maybe after the house being demolished and rebuilt meant i needed a whole new nbn box to that property?
Please help!!

If the orbi was working prior and there was an ISP change, seems to point to the ISP. I'd contact the ISP and have them help you on there side with this. Ask them if there is any specific WAN side configurations that are needed.
If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
Try option #2 first...
