Orbi Rbr 350 satellite magenta but working
One of My rbs 350 satellite is magenta but is still connected to others satellites since those one stay green and get the wifi from the magenta one. 3 on the four satellites are detected on the app ...
What Firmware version is currently loaded on all units?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

The rbr 350 ´ firmware version is
4.4.1.29_3.10.80
I have a quite big house 250m2, but I have 4 satellites, so I don’t think the distance between satellites is a pb (less than 30 feet)
This happened after the satellite was unplugged (all the others where still plugged) unfortunately when I was on vacation and which became magenta when I came back and plugged it again (I rebooted all parts but still magenta)

Try turning OFF the other RBS and see if this one RBS will connect while near or in same room as the RBR.
IF your placement of the RBS is less than 30 feet, then this could be a problem. 30 feet or more is recommended distance between the RBR, RBS and each other to start.
So a 4000-5000 sq foot home?

i have 4 RBS satellites with RBR 350 orbi
one does not seem to be connected but is connected to the others... (mapping pict)
i have the latest firmware, and tried to reset already
3 of 4 satellites are detected
do i reset from factory reset ?
