What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Does the front LED turn at anytime whent this happens?
Do all LAN ports in back experience this?
Does wireless still work?
What kind of LAN cabling are you using? CAT6 is recommended.
Be sure to check for bad cabling as well. Swap LAN cabling to test.
