Orbi RBR350 - Can’t connect solar gateway

A device on my network (solar analytics gateway) communicates to a remote server using MQTT on port 443. It looks like the device is able to make a connection to the remote server, but then gets immed...

Yes I’m using Armor although the gateway device is showing as connected from my end.
No parental controls as far as I know
No access controls as far as I know

try disabling armor. maybe its blocking something

      try setting the ip address for the solar array into the netgears DMZ
