Nearly every consumer Internet of Things (IoT) product is equipped with the least costly WiFi radio chip, which supports only 2.4G WiFi. The Orbi 350 system provides 2.4G WiFi, so it is compatible with all of these devices.

In other words, proceed to connect the doorbell and see what happens.

  Thanks for the link. I see nothing in the user reviews about difficulty with setup. (other problems for sure, just not setup).
  
  I see no reason to doubt that the Toucan app will work as expected.
  
  What happens when you attempt to connect the doorbell.??
