Orbi RBR350 Unable to register product

Hello,

 

Could someone help me when I don’t get to register
new RBR350 router.

Mynetgear website says "Unable to register product to your account: Product not found."

The phone application hangs when registering the router.

However, the Internet connection works without any problems.
