Could try this this, put the modem back in to router mode and configure the RBR for AP mode. See if the problem continues...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Hi FURRYE38
Firmware: V4.6.3.7_2.0.49
ISP Modem: ARRIS TG3492LG-LC
Sq Ft Home: 1400
Distance R and S: 50 Ft
20/40Mhz Coexistence: Disabled
CTS: Set to 2347 for 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz (see attachment)
AX: Not disabled - I have a specific antenna for AX mode on my PC
Can you tell me what the 20/40Mhz Coexistence and the CTS setting to 2347 does?Is the issue Firmware related?
I've tested it quickly with two call and noticed some drops. I'll have to test it during the coming days on a proper call. Keep you updated.
Regards

Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopDistance R and S: 50 Ft< you might try the RBS a bit closer and see. Try 40 feet?
Most likely FW related hwoever lets see if we can help this out for now. Unfortuately we can't downgrade from v4 to v3.

Hi FURRYe38
ISP Modem is already in bridge mode. About the Distance R and S; they almost have a direct sight with no wall in-between. I have the issue even when connected to the router and not only to the satellite.
