Orbi RBR750 - Rebooting / loss of connection

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

I've tried factory resetting the device, I've tried only plugging up (and/or connecting) one device at a time to see if one of them is causing this, and I've ruled out that my internet connection (modem) is causing the issue.

 

Any thoughts as to what is causing this?  It is becoming extremely frustrating.  First time I've had any issues with this system (have had it since January).
