Orbi RBR750 - Samsung TV will not connect to WiFi

Error message says: IP Auto setting failed. Ensure that DHCP server is enabled on the wireless network, and then unplug and re-plug the wireless network.

 

I looked at the ATT Router settings and see that DHCP server is enabled.

 

Any thoughts on how I resolve this?
