ORBI RBR750 - Satellite will not connect

As for firmware on the satellite I don’t know how to find that out without a connection to it. If you can guide I can find out
This looked promising but I've tried multiple times following the steps and I can not connect to the satellite. I have a Linux laptop so I set that up to use the defined wired connection ip/subnet. Reset the satellite, and then powered it off. After powering on, around 3 minutes, the light turned blue and a web page connected to the IP says can't be reached. I'm stuck there and not sure why this isn't working. Are there any other things I should try?
