Are you using wpa3? 

have you tried setting it to wpa2 and seeing if it helps?

I'm running WPA2 (AES) at the moment. I tried WPA3 for a brief moment, but the symptoms on this particular laptop are the same with WPA3.

    are you dual booting the device with multiple distros? 

    happen to have a windows boot drive you could test if its a card issue or a distro issue?
