What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, IPv6, Protection Engine, Traffic Meter.
NAT and Ping and DoS Protection:
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

In this particular platform, I am unable to see the questions while replying, but here is some requested info:One level home with basement, roughly 1400sq / level.
- Main rbr750 and one rbs350 on main level, the second rbs350 in basement.
- Main level is roughly 15 feet between units, basement to main is roughly 20-25 feet. Both indicate strong connection to main rbr750.
Units seem to be running fw v4.6.11.1
- System update does not pull any fw updates
ISP modem is latest gen and same was recently in to troubleshoot their coax and network link back to first GPON node. They are not the problem, 100%.
- Testing off of the ISP router directly shows exceeding service limits.
- Interestingly, as does the Orbi app from the main rbr750 router.
The congestion / slow is internally to the orbi network. If I place a test smartphone or laptop off of the ISP test wifi network, anywhere in the home, I get ISP service level speeds. Multi -client, multi-thread testing, and no high latency or slowed speeds.
I wanted to use the wifi analytics in the orbi app, but unfortunately nothing seems to work and/or register any info (to look for channel congestion, etc, but doesn't seem to be functioning for me inside the app (latest version).
I am at a loss to troubleshoot why the internal orbi network congestion as of recent, but based on positive service level speeds on non-orbi wifi, I may test gaming console (basement) connection to ISP router wifi, and if works, just be done with it all internally.
Since I have vpn on all clients, this mesh may have outlived its usefulness unfortunately. At only 2 years old since purchase, that's not great to be honest.
Sorry if I missed any info you might have needed, but again, cant see the questions while responding.For that size of home, the RBR and just 1 RBS should be enough.
Can you turn OFF one RBS and test with just 1 RBS out at 30 feet.
15 feet between units is too close. 30 feet starting distance.
NG may not be pushing FW updates. So you can manually update later on if needed:
I have moved our a number of our clients to the ISP wifi/router, and notably the ip stream devices are tremendously better. Same with local client testing.
I then shut off the main floor satellite, and left my gaming console on the orbi network (basement). Haven't use it as of yet, but next 1-2 days i will see if the congestion is better.
I assume it will be better with the suggestion of removing one of the rbs350 as well as effectively splitting the overall traffic load now between two separate access/networks. At least up to the ISP gateway where it all aggregates.
If game tests out better with one less rbs350 and load moved off the orbi network, may leave in two separate domains to be honest.
If it doesn't perform better, move it all and shut down the orbi.
But hopefully its better, and would be nice to split some of the client types between the networks.
Thanks for the feedback on the placements of the orbi's. I'm hoping that testing confirms this improvement later on..
(btw - the reason for two 350's was they came in the package i purchased, and i wired the ip stream devices to each, and used the 5Ghz backhaul to attempt to make things optimal, by eliminating the wireless access portions via the ip stream devices . I guess would have worked if distances were larger).
