Orbi RBR750 cannot to network but can connect got guest network

I have an Orbi RBR750 plus 4 satellites, for I guess more than a year.

 

However since this weekend I have difficulty connecting to the regular network - some devices do, but multiple computers cannot connect any more to the regular network BUT the can connect to the Guestnetwork

 

this issue just started popping up & I don't know how to fix it

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network.
