Orbi RBR750 changes my public IP address
I live in Alabama. When connected to my modem directly, I get a public IP address that is out of Atlanta and my location on a site like speedtest.net shows servers local to me. When I connect to my Orbi, I get a different IP address out of Delaware and speedtest.net says my local server is in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This causes issues with YouTube TV for example, where it keeps wanting to change my local stations to Iowa. This just recently started happening and I haven't made any changes. I have no VPN configured and the other odd thing is a couple of my devices will show my correct location in Alabama.
Any ideas as to what is going on? I've power cycled everything and dumped cache. I'm obviously avoiding resetting my router if possible.

Your ISP is the one that assigns the public ip address. Not the modem/router.
You could try using a different dns and see if that'd help. (not sure if it would at all)
Here's a few for ipv4. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled
CloudFlare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
GoogleDNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
