ORBI RBR750 How to limit bandwidth / setup schedule blocking for certain mac-address/device?

Hi,   I have ORBI RBR750 Wifi 6, and can someone teach me how to setup a bandwidth limitation or scheduled blocking, for certain devices or mac-address? Mind you I'm not a tech savvy, so hopefully ...

As mentioned already, Orbi doesn't support what your asking about.
