Orbi RBR750 issuing two IP Address Networks 192.168.0.1 & 192.168.1.1

There are ways to verify what is going on.
- The Orbi Advanced Tab, Setup Menu, LAN Setup describes what IP subnet the Orbi has created for devices on the LAN side of the Orbi and which range of IP addresses it will assign to them.
There is also a table which can be used to assign IP addresses to specific devices. I like to 'know' where my printer is and where the Orbi satellites are, so I put them into the table. - The Internet Setup page shows which IP address has been assigned to the Orbi router. If it is a private IP address, then it has been assigned by a local router, not directly by the ISP.

So the Orbi Satellite keeps displaying the 192.168.0.4 IP address. I've reset the device and resync'd it with the router but it maintains the 192.168.0.4 address, see attached. Right now it's out of sync with the router.
Would be really helpful to see a simple drawing of how the ISP modem, Orbi router, and Orbi satellite are connected.
And what values appear on the Internet Setup and LAN setup pages.
