Orbi RBR750 Router & Satalites Solid Magenta since storm last night

Good morning,

We had an awful storm last night, during which, our Internet went out. Our Orbi had a solid Magenta light last night and even still this morning. I know it is not our Modem, I am hardwired directly to it this morning so I could type this message. Here is what I know:

1) It was working perfectly fine before the outage.

2) Hardware version: RBR750

3) Firmware version: v4.6.14.3_2.3.12

4) we have unplugged, reset, and done all we know to do with our Modem and our Orbi

5) It is located directly next to the Modem

Any help would be appreciated. I fear that the lightening may have hit our router some how; however, it is plugged up to a surge protector, so I don't know.
