That was the sequence I followed. Firmware on the router is 7.2.6.31
Firmware on the sattelites are 6.3.8.5
The ISP is an Adtran SDX632v

Are the RBS 750 series model satellites? or 350 model series?
FW between the RBS and RBR is not on same level and the FW needs to be at same level.

There have been numerous posts on the Forum in regard to situations where Netgear packaged a router from one product with satellites from another. What seems to be a common thread is that the user upgrades the firmware on the router, which makes it incompatible with those particular satellites.
Here's one example:
I know it has been a long time since the purchase and the original packaging is probably long gone. Would it be possible to discover the product number of the original purchase so we can look up what the most current firmware release is for that specific combination of router & satellites?
