Orbi RBR750 Sattelites Offline After ISP switch
I switched to Fidium Fiber yesterday from Xfinity and since the switch the router is working fine but the satellites are detected but are offline. I’ve done hard restarts on the satellites as well as ...
I connected the router and one of the sattelites with an Ethernet cable and it works. Just can’t get it to work over WiFi. Wondering if there’s an advanced setting i need to change with the new ISP.
The RBR was probably updated to v.7 FW when you did the switch and power cycled or rebooted the RBR. V7 fw is not compable with the v6 FW thats loaded on the RBS350s which is in this 760 kit. You'll need to manually downgrade the RBR750 back to v6 FW. Then things will be back to working.
