What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

I have rebooted the whole system - unplugged the xfinnity modem and the orbi system multiple times trying to get the whole thing to work. I am not a computer person and would appreciate any simple help or guidance. The Obri system doesnt appear on my app on phone any more either. Please help.
