Orbi RBR750 system not working near router
Hello, I am having so many issues and can’t figure out what is the problem. I setup my orbi RBR750 3 pack that I bought from Costco around July of 2020. It worked fine, it could support lots of devices with no lag and fast speeds. Now it has been around 8 months and there are so many issues and so many that I has to buy a separate system for the time being.
Issues:
1. When I move around the house, the speeds are slower even though there are way less devices connected to the Orbi system. Before there used to be 40 devices connected, and now only 14 and slow speeds and lags.
2. The system works in general WHEN I Am near a satellites not the router. Once I get to the router, the speeds are good while speed testing but when opening things like YouTube or searching something, it doesn’t load and just buffers making me switch to cellular data. This sucks for a 500 dollar system with wifi 6 and my phone supports wifi 6.
3. The range of my system has decreased too even though they are at the same spots since I set them up. It used to cover my front yard with good speeds and now nothing loads. It connects but nothing loads. My router is the closet to the front yard and a satellite.
Steps tried:
1. Restarting the modem(in bridge mode) and restarted the router. DID NOT WORK!
2. Unplugged cables from router and modem and then plugged back in with no luck.
3. Checked my modem and that works because I am getting the speed from there while Ethernet connected.
4. Used laptop That does not support wifi 6 in different rooms of the house and found where the satellites are, it works but the range has decreased significantly
5. Removed devices from network and did not
Do anything.
6. Spent hours looking on google and YouTube for solutions with different keywords and nothing showed up
Conclusion: I don’t know what else to do. I can’t contact support because they charge 150 dollars for service in the beginning which is terrible and I did not pay for it. I am asking from help from this community because I tried everything else and nothing worked.
Thank you!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What happens when you turn OFF the RBS and just test with the RBR alone. Then maybe turn on 1 RBS and check it out?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
You can find other speed diagnosis steps in the community faq: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-AX/Community-FAQ-My-Orbi-speeds-are-slow-inconsistent-and-don-t-my/m-p/1982974/highlight/true#M7849

Hello, the Firmware version on the router is v3.2.18.1 and the modem is the Xb7 modem from Xfinity.
If i turn off the RBS, it is the same issue still. My house is roughly 3,500 with a lot of nearly 6,500.
The distance between the satellites and routers is around 30 feet.
I have done a factory reset and it helps with the issue but then after some time, The issue comes back. It seems after I restart the router as well, it works for like an hour and then the issue comes back.
Things to add:
My router was in bridge mode but I could not connect to the internet with a laptop hardwired to the modem. I contacted my isp and they took the router out of bridge mode and basically turned off the wireless capabilities and then I could connect to the internet hardwired.
I tried resetting the orbi again and it started working but the speeds and range are slow. The speedtests show there is speed but when doing thing like opening a website, it takes time. I tried only one device on my network with a different ssid and it was giving me pretty good speeds and was loading things.
Wirelessly on my iPhone 12 pro, I am getting 20 ms ping with 395 download and 38.8 upload. Another thing, before websites used to open in like 2 seconds with more devices connected and now the time is around 5 seconds with fewer devices.
Full speed coming from modem
Thank you for taking time out of your day to help me.
Well the ISP modem already has a built in router and wifi:
https://update.comcast.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/33/dlm_uploads/2020/01/xb7-fact-sheet.pdf
Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopI'd try option #2 first or #3.
