You are correct CrimpOn, Home class Orbi don't have LAN to WAN VLAN support. I beliieve only the WAN to LAN support for this specififc ISP or iPTV devices that need it. I know there is some VLAN configurations on Orbi Pro which maybe what the OP needs to look into.

Ya..well, your tring to use Pro or Business class configurations for a home environement. Something most average home users don't have a need for or experience to setup.
You can get a Orbi 9 series system. It has it's own wifi 2.4Ghz radio for IoT only devices...not cheap either.
