Orbi rbr750 wifi speed test slows down

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How are you speed testing? Orbi app or wired PC and web browser?
What devices are you speed testing with?
Firmware version: V4.6.3.7_2.0.49
Modem is Telstra technicolor TG799vac. When connecting my new Dell Laptop XPS-15 to the LAN port on this modem the speed test works well at 106/28.2 Mbs and the download speed does not slow down while testing.

- Go to Google.com.
- Search for internet speed test.
- Tap or click Run Speed Test.

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Still no improvement.
Strange thing is that it used to work just fine untill a few months ago i.e. it has always had the double Nat, and it made no difference to the speed. Something else has changed, but i'm not sure what....
The download speed starts off fine (80Mbs), then slows down to 4Mbs over a few seconds. So videos are a pain to watch, they stop & start.
