what modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
the Orbi is plugged directly into the Openreach ONT on the wall (rather than via the BT Smarthub 2)
What is the brand and model # of the ONT?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the ONT and router and Xbox. CAT6 is recommended.
Does the xbox connect to the RBRs wifi signal instead of using ethernet?
No changes are needed on the RBR for xbox.
What FW is loaded on the RBR?
- The ONT is Nokia G-01G-Q. Yes, it connects to the wifi. By FW, do you mean firmware? If that’s what you mean it’s V4.6.9.11

When you say "rather than the bt hub", it makes me wonder exactly how you have everything connected.
Are you using the orbi and the bt smarthub?
How do you have your setup wired?
And what ONT is it?
- The main Orbi router is connected by Ethernet to the ONT. The BT smart hub isn’t being used at all. The ONT is a Nokia G-01G-Q
