Orbi RBR750 won’t connect to Xbox live

Installed RBR750 Orbi mesh system with 2 satellites and all wifi working fine. I connected the Xbox One to the RBR750 via Ethernet cable and although apps like Netflix work, it won’t connect to Xbox L...

the Orbi is plugged directly into the Openreach ONT on the wall (rather than via the BT Smarthub 2)

What is the brand and model # of the ONT? 

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the ONT and router and Xbox. CAT6 is recommended. 

Does the xbox connect to the RBRs wifi signal instead of using ethernet? 

 

No changes are needed on the RBR for xbox. 

What FW is loaded on the RBR?

    The ONT is Nokia G-01G-Q. Yes, it connects to the wifi. By FW, do you mean firmware? If that’s what you mean it’s V4.6.9.11
