Orbi RBR760 resets LAN IP after power failure

Running a RBR760 with firmware 6.3.8.5_1.4.80.  Every time there is a power outage, the router resets its static LAN IP address to a different scheme (eg set up as 10.0.5.1 and reverts to 10.0.0.1).  How can I prevent this from happening as it prevents all of my routing tables and connected devices from working until I connect and change the IP address back to the correct address?  I am not using DHCP.

  • What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

There any router upstream from the RBR using 10.0.5.1?

How do you have the default DHCP IP address pool range set for? .2 thru .254?

Using 255.255.255.0 as the subnet mask for the LAN?

What happens if you use 192.168.1.1 on the RBR as a test to see if this address persists thru a power outage by pulling the power adapter for 15 seconds then plug back in?
