Orbi RBR850 browser login problems
I have an Orbi RBR850 that I can’t reach from my my browser. I have tried several computers and browsers but I always end up in reset password. I have tried to flush my browser cache, reset my router and it always end up in reset password. I have no problem reaching it from the app but you can’t really do anything in the app so I need to get browser login to work.
I have read numerous post in this community with people that have the same problem but no one seems to have any solutions to the problem.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What browser are you using?
- I am running 4.6.3.16 on the Orbi RBR850 and same on the satellite RBS850.
I don’t know what model it’s on the modem. It’s just white nameless box on the wall that fiber company put there.
And I tried all browser except for Edge.If you can gain access to the RBR and RBS long enough, I recommend that you update the RBS first then the RBR lastly to v.2 FW:
