Orbi RBR850 into insight
Does anybody know if I can add this router into insight? Insight shows it, tells me to use a code (which it shows me) and go to the routers webpage...but I can't figure out what to do there...
Have you tried using the Enter Serieal Number option at the bottom of the Insight app? You would look at the serial number at the bottom of the RBR...
- Tnx, tried that, as well as scanning the code...but insight won't let the Orbi in...I guess the attached photo shows the state of things.
Which is strange...why?Seems like Orbi AX is not supported by the app. :smileyfrustrated:
- Yup...although I don't know why not. This misleading part is the message to share that key somehow magically...
