Would you take a screen capture if your wireless settings page under Advanced tab/Advanced settings please?
Disable 5G SSID broadcast has never been supported on Orbi AX systems.

There are two things you could try and I would recommend to try each one seperately so you can understand if one or the other makes a difference.
First select a fixed channel for the 2.4Ghz band of 1, 6 or 11 depending on what other routers near you use, pick the least crouded.
I have devices that behave badly when the channel is set to auto so you might too.
Second disable AX support on the 2.4Ghz band.
Usually people that can take advantage of AX mode (ie. WiFi 6) will be using the 5Ghz band so disabling it for the 2.4Ghz band is not a real problem.

Also try setting CTS value to 2347.
