Orbi RBR850 Satellite not showing

Continuing my increasing frustration with this system, I have a 5700 sq ft home.  I have a router and 2 satellites.  Satellite 1 is connected (Though not recognizing wired backhaul).  Satellite 2 is weird.  It shows up when using a webpage on the home page.  Shows the total satellites as 2 in connected devices panel.  If I select that, it drills down and shows all connected devices, except it only shows 1 satellite listed.  On the app on my phone, it shows only 1 satellite.  The satellite shows powered on and upon reboot the LED goes blue for a little time and then turns off which indicates to me it's syncing with the router and then turns off once it's working.  So what exactly is the problem.

On top of this, random devices lose internet randomly.  No rhyme or reason.  Just suddenly a hard wired xbox loses internet.  Then a few minutes later it's connected.  A minute later a google home loses internet and then comes back randomly.  I'm quickly losing the battle with the family that this is a wise investment.
