ORBI RBR850 Slow Speed Test on Computer vs Orbi Speed Test

I did a speed test on the orbilogin.net and the speeds come back at 551.67 Mbps Download and 22.30 Mbps Upload but when i got to speedtest.net on several computers it says.78.50 Mbps Download and 21....

did you try a factory reset? 

Also make sure qos, access control, traffic monitoring, and parental controls are all disabled.

What pc did you test the hardwired speeds on? 

And the wireless? Also, were you connected to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz for the speedtest?

I’ve not done a reset. I really didn’t want to if I didn’t have to. I’ve checked all traffic, parent and other controls. I’m on 5ghz. I tested it with a Dell Laptop and a Samsung Laptop…. Both windows. I hadn’t tried on my MacBook.

    So you tried both laptops hardwired? 
    What site did you use? 

    Did you try a simple reboot then?

      Yes I did a reboot and I tried wifi and directly into with Ethernet and neither improved.

      I used speedtest.net

        I'd try the reset then.
