There has not been any cases regarding this issue with the Firmware v7.2.7.15. DHCP issues can occur with over saturation of a network. Though the issues sound the same, due to the differences in firmware and number of satellites, this will be treated as a entirely different issue. I do understand your premise on if its not broke don't fix it.
