Orbi RBR850 V3.2.18.1 DHCP Assigning IPs every few seconds

No answers there either.
Along with the repeated DHCP lines my emailed logs also show an increasing number of entries like those shown in the links above.
i.e.:

Not a particularly helpful log message. If the issue is worth devoting time and effort to, my approach would be to capture LAN packets and examing them with Wireshark. Routers do not spontaneously assign IP addresses. Devices broadcast DHCP requests and routers respond to them. The DHCP response contains the lease time. If Orbi is assigning a very short lease, the device will ask to renew very soon.

So manually loading previous firmware has fixed the problem? Is it present on certain firmware and not on others?
I really enjoy researching this sort of issue, but the devices on my Orbi renew DHCP leases every 12 hours, just as they are supposed to do.
