Orbi RBR850 V3.2.18.1 DHCP Assigning IPs every few seconds

Not a particularly helpful log message. If the issue is worth devoting time and effort to, my approach would be to capture LAN packets and examing them with Wireshark. Routers do not spontaneously assign IP addresses. Devices broadcast DHCP requests and routers respond to them. The DHCP response contains the lease time. If Orbi is assigning a very short lease, the device will ask to renew very soon.

So manually loading previous firmware has fixed the problem? Is it present on certain firmware and not on others?
I really enjoy researching this sort of issue, but the devices on my Orbi renew DHCP leases every 12 hours, just as they are supposed to do.

going to previous firmware will just auto update back to latest
and the dhcp holds randomly from 1 day to 1 hr

It certainly looks like a firmware issue. Nothing outside of the router itself is going to cause the list of 'Thursday, Jan 01,491926 -5:00:00' entries, which I assume is the default date when none is found.
Maybe if I have some time this weekend I will revert to a previous version of the firmware and see if that changes anything.

I checked my 850 after I got home:

You don't happen to have a spare router on hand would you?

FURRYe38 I am going to guess that if you set it up to send you email when the logs are full you would also start seeing the "Thursday, Jan 01,491926 -5:00:00" entries (they only appear in the emailed results but increase after each mailing, filling up the logs).
I don't hink I have a spare wireless router. I might have an old linksys or something lying around.
