The RBR860 FW file is present with in the .zip file for the RBR860:

Yes of course - and that has a .chk file extension - not the .img file extension that AJW3208 was expecting.

Looking at the thread, I believe the error message was the result of trying to install the RBR (router) firmware on the RBS (satellites).
