Orbi RBRE960 - unable to add new satellite
Have an existing Orbi mesh with router and 2 satellites. Attempting to add a 3rd but using the orbi app or the setup via router login results in failure.
App just says -Satellite not found (i have it in the same room as the router)
Websetup says - failed
tried the reset button as well (this is a satellite from a previous setup so its beyond the 90 day support from Netgear).

Need to update the FW on the incoming RBS to same version as whats on the current installed system.
Try this to see if you can get the FW updated on the new RBS:
