Orbi RBRE960 constantly disconnects/connected with out internet (HELP!)
Ever since getting the "top of the line" orbi system ( ive had nothing but issues and its past my 90s days (though there is no option online to get help other than to buy help, which you cant do cause the website errors-out haha.)
I have devices such as sonos speakers, my cell phone, rings video cameras, etc. that constantly lose connection, they will have a connection and then lose it over time, or things will connect to the wifi (such as my phone or laptop) which say "connected with out internet". in which we have to reboot the router, ALL THE TIME to get things to reconnect. its a pain. anytime I want my sonos speakers to work, I need to reboot the router. then the speakers will connect, and other things will not.
We have recently renamed the WIFI and changed the password which seems to have helped for a few days, but then the same problems start up again.
I enabled the IOT (for my cameras/locks) and 6E (for my cell) networks but the same problems happen there. "connected with out internet"
any help would be much appreciated as im sick of constantly resetting the orbi and then hoping my devices will hopefully connect to the internet once i do that.
also realizing I did pay for pro support but the website wont let me get support... so thats another thing all together.

What modem/gateway are you connecting the orbi to?
Are you using a sonos bridge or ethernet connected device? Reason I ask is sonos is notorious for struggling with mesh systems. If you check their website/forum, they have some tips for working with them.
