Orbi RBS50 Flashing White Continually - Won't allow for ethernet connection either

Hello all,

I am looking (and hoping) for any ideas that the community might have on an issure with my Orbi system. I woke up yesterday to find the Orbi RBS50 ring light on top of the unit continually pulsating white and no longer allow connectivity.  I can only assume there was some sort of firmware update failure during the night. I have followed the various suggestions to attempt to factory reset the router, but so far none of the reset attempts have changed the situation. I also tried to to follow the instructions to update the firmware using the TFTP client. Unfortunately when I connect my computer to the RBS50 using an Ethernet cable the Ethernet connection cycles through either being connected or showing the cable unplugged every ten seconds through the Mac network panel. I can plug directly into my modem with the ethernet cable with no problems so the connection/disconnection issues appear also to be related to the Orbi.  I am looking for any ideas on where to go next.  The RBS50 is less than two years old.
