Orbi reboot command question

I have Spectrum Internet and occasionally when someone on our street generates line noise or there's a problem with the neighborhood's central wiring hub (tombstone?) I'll reboot our modem and Orbi 752 system to clear modem errors and restore speeds.

Does anyone know when we send a command to reboot Orbi via the mobile app or the web interface does it actually reboot the satellite(s) as well as the router or just the router?
