Just an update: I ended up trying a Netgear extender because nothing was working. I had it only transmit the 2.4G and only added the locks to it - nothing else. That worked for a little bit, but then stopped. So I removed my entire Orbi setup and went back to my original Spectrum hardware (modem and router) and haven't had an issue sense. I truly think the locks did not like the Orbi system...
