Is the RBS connected directly behind the RBR or is there a LAN switch or LAN patch panel in between them?

 

Try a different LAN cable between the RBR and RBS. Maybe a faulty cable.

 

What FW version is loaded on the RBS and RBR?

    I have got:


    RBR850
    FW: 7.2.6.31

     

    RBS850

    FW: 7.2.6.21

     

    When connected via Cat6 the Satellite can't be found.

    I believe the FW should be equal. So I need to update RBS. Is there any trap during the process?

    What about the update order. The RBR has got the latest FW already but the RBS is behind.

     

    Does it make any difference  if I update just RBS to v.7.2.6.31 ?
